I ordered this item online for my daughter’s
Birthday and paid extra to have it expedited within 1 business day but it came a week later. I called Kozmo several times because I didn’t receive them as expected and didn’t find them to be helpful with the status of my order so not sure if I would order anything from them again in the future because I wasn’t offered a refund for the extra cost for delivery or the delay.
