Like, but don't love

I fell in love with the side view of these shoes and they were being heavily marketed to me (probably because I clicked on them so much). I love the look of them, but the "hairy suede" is just that - and once they are worn a few times I think the hairy suede tends to give a sloppy, old look - not effortless and lived in, which would be more desirable. I will try to keep these in great shape to maintain their appearance but unfortunately I don't think they're going to last long.
